Terms of Service

The ground rules for using the Dreem School platform.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Agreement

By creating a Dreem School portal, the school agrees to these terms on behalf of its staff, guardians and students who use the platform.

Accounts

The school is responsible for who it invites and for the accuracy of the records it enters. Account credentials must not be shared between people.

We may suspend an account that is being used to break the law or to harm other users.

Plans and billing

Packages are billed per term or per year, based on student numbers. Changing package takes effect from the next billing cycle, never mid-term.

Prices shown on this website are indicative placeholders; the figures agreed with your school apply.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used to store unlawful content, to attempt to access another school's data, or to disrupt the service for others.

Data ownership

School records entered into Dreem School remain the property of the school. We process them only to provide the service, and the school may export them at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, and key screens continue working offline. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product develops. Schools will be notified of material changes before they take effect.
